Adrien taked with Rafael Pastor, who leads Baker & McKenzie’s (a global Law Firm) Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Santiago office, where he practices mainly on trademark prosecution and litigation. Mr. Pastor authored the chapter, “The Impact of Free Trade Agreements on Intellectual Property Standards in a Post-TRIPS World” in Legal and Business Dynamics, and is also an active speaker in various conferences. He is a member of the International Trademark Association, Inter-american Association of Intellectual Property and American Intellectual Property Law Association.
